Er war zehn Jahre bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amvisor.com\/de\/insights\/amazon-glossar\/marktplatz\/\">Amazon<\/a>. Dort hat er ein EU Vendor-Team f\u00fcr 10 Jahre geleitet. Er hat Supply-Chain-Strategien f\u00fcr Europa entwickelt. Au\u00dferdem hat er das Gesch\u00e4ft von innen gesehen. Nat\u00fcrlich verr\u00e4t er keine Betriebsgeheimnisse \u2013 aber wer zehn Jahre bei Amazon war, der kann mehr erz\u00e4hlen als jeder Pitch-Deck-Berater da drau\u00dfen. Und genau das hat er getan.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:5px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:25px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-font-size:var(--awb-custom_typography_3-font-size);\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"font-family:var(--awb-custom_typography_3-font-family);font-weight:var(--awb-custom_typography_3-font-weight);font-style:var(--awb-custom_typography_3-font-style);margin:0;letter-spacing:var(--awb-custom_typography_3-letter-spacing);text-transform:var(--awb-custom_typography_3-text-transform);font-size:1em;--fontSize:28;line-height:var(--awb-custom_typography_3-line-height);\">NetPPM \u2013 und warum das nur die halbe Wahrheit ist<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p>Eine Frage die mir pers\u00f6nlich selbst unter den N\u00e4geln brannte war: Ob man die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amvisor.com\/de\/insights\/amazon-glossar\/netto-ppm\/\">NetPPM<\/a> eigentlich selbst berechnen kann?<\/p>\n<p>Bernhards Antwort: \u201eJa, die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amvisor.com\/de\/insights\/amazon-glossar\/netto-ppm\/\">NetPPM<\/a> kann man sehr einfach in 2 Stufen berechnen. Zuerst berechnet man die Differenz zwischen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amvisor.com\/de\/insights\/amazon-glossar\/rrp\/\">VK<\/a> und EK. [&#8230;] Dann zieht man davon alles ab, was man Amazon an Konditionen gew\u00e4hrt. [&#8230;] Dann landet man relativ einfach bei der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amvisor.com\/de\/insights\/amazon-glossar\/netto-ppm\/\">NetPPM<\/a>.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Klingt zun\u00e4chst simpel. Aber dann kommt\u2018s:<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWichtig ist zu wissen, dass es bei Amazon nicht bei der NetPPM aufh\u00f6rt [\u2026], sondern dann kommt man zur Contribution Margin [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amvisor.com\/de\/insights\/amazon-glossar\/cm-deckungsbeitrag\/\">CM<\/a>] \u2013 das ist der Deckungsbeitrag, der f\u00fcr Amazon sehr wichtig ist.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Das war eine wichtige Information in meinen Augen. Denn wo man sich auch umh\u00f6rt die meiste Zeit wird nur von der NetPPM gesprochen. Vermutlich liegt es daran, das man zur CM keinen richtigen Zugang hat als Vendor. Ehrlich und klar:<\/p>\n<p>\u201eEindeutige Antwort &#8211; Nein. Der Vendor Manager wird dem Vendor eher eine schlechte Contribution Margin aufs Brot schmieren und als Begr\u00fcndung nutzen, um die NetPPM zu erh\u00f6hen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Ich fasse noch einmal zusammen: Wenn du dachtest, eine starke Performance \u00f6ffnet dir die T\u00fcr f\u00fcr bessere Konditionen, falsch gedacht. Denn bei all dem KPI-Wahnsinn, den Datenmodellen, Forecasts und Dashboards: Am Ende sitzen da Menschen. Und Menschen reagieren auf Beziehungen.<br \/>\n\u201eIch w\u00fcrde sagen, dass es immer gut ist, eine Beziehung aufzubauen. [\u2026] Das beruht am Ende auf Gegenseitigkeit \u2013 wie alles im Leben.\u201c<br \/>\nHei\u00dft f\u00fcr uns: Nicht nur \u00fcber Portale und E-Mails kommunizieren. Sondern reden. Fragen. Verstehen. Klar, nicht jeder Vendor Manager l\u00e4sst sich drauf ein, aber wer\u2019s nicht versucht, hat schon verloren.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box
